FARGO, N.D. (AP) -- Cleveland Browns executive Jon Sandusky, the son of former Penn State assistant coach Jerry Sandusky, was cooperative but refused to take a blood test when he was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving in North Dakota, police said Wednesday.
