49ers linebacker Aldon Smith turns himself in (Yahoo Sports)

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) -- All-Pro 49ers linebacker Aldon Smith turned himself in to Santa Clara County authorities late Tuesday, then posted $75,000 bail.
