Former 1st-round pick Watkins signs with Dolphins (Yahoo! Sports)

DAVIE, Fla. (AP) -- Former first-round draft pick Danny Watkins has signed a $555,000, one-year contract with the Miami Dolphins after being cut by the Philadelphia Eagles.
